  •  want to use my credit card to purchase a subscription.  Is your site safe and secure?  Yes! You can shop at DentReps.com - The Dental Jobs Site with confidence. We have partnered with Authorize.net, a leading payment gateway since 1996 to accept credit cards and electronic check payments safely and securely for our customers.  The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the electronic check and credit card processing networks.  See online payments diagram to see how it works. The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:

  • I have just registered for a Membership, yet I cannot access the site.  Is there a problem?  No. In order to protect our site from spammers and false email addresses in an effort to make your experience better, DentReps requires that you confirm your email address.  Simply login into your email account that you registerd on DentReps, open the confirmation email from DentReps, and select the Confirmation link.  You will now be able to access your account.    
  • Is there a mobile website for DentReps?  Yes, there is a mobile browser for DentReps.com.  Simply go to www.dentreps.com from your phone and search for jobs or for the positions that you have posted.  Please note these results will not provide all content as there is limited access considering you cannot log in from your browser.  It is simply a tool to track any jobs openings.
  • I have recieved an error stating that the system does not recognize my email address.  What happened?  Please be sure that you have registered as an Employer or as a Candidate respectively.  The system will not allow you to search jobs as a en emploter or post jobs as a candidate.  You may nee to delete your original membership and re-apply. 
  • Does DentReps have a Privacy Policy in regards to Collecting Member Information?  Yes, DentReps has a strict privacy policy which you may review here DentReps Privacy Policy.  You may also find additional information in regards to privacy and service under our Terms of Service which you may review here: DentReps Terms of Service. 
  • Why am I receiving email and marketing information from other business other than DentReps?  DentReps is owned and operated by RivaQuest Partners LLC. As part of agreeing to use our services and when you do not opt of receiving information, RivaQuest Partners LLC will at times, email you information related to all of their businesses or subsidiaries.

Employer

  • How Can I post Confidential Postings?  Request the ability to post Confidential positions from DentReps at info@DentReps.com. Once the function in your account has been activated, login into DentReps and go to your DashBoard under your Master or Primary Account. Under Account Manager, select Sub-Accounts. From there add a new sub-account using a different login email address (this may be confidential or not because the Candidates will not see this address). We suggest using "Confidential" for all general information including Company. Select the boxes for Sub Account Management and Virtual Company Profile. Select Create. You then can manage this sub-account from your Master or Primary Account. ** To begin to utilize this feature, you can go back to your DashBoard, select Post a Job, fill out the appropriate information and then select the appropriate Employer, in this case called "Confidential" and select Publish. Or you may log out of your Master or Primary Account and login to the sub-account using the appropriate email address and password. Then simply follow the same steps for posting a job.
  • How can I post jobs using Multiple Office Profiles?  Request the ability to post Multiple Office Profiles from DentReps at info@DentReps.com. Once the function in your account has been activated, login into DentReps and go to your DashBoard under your Master or Primary Account. Under Account Manager, select Sub-Accounts. From there add a new sub-account using a different login email address. Select the boxes for Sub Account Management and Virtual Company Profile. Select Create.   • I posted a job some time ago and want to post the same or similar job.  Is there way I can simply repost the job before?  Yes. If you have purchased credits for a new job posting or have unlimited postings, you can select the original job, select COPY, that will create a DRAFT.  You can then select that DRAFT posting and select PUBLISH.  That will create a new job posting wiht a new unique identificitation number.  
  • What is the field "Employer's Job Title" used for?  The field Employer's Job Title is simply the name or title viewable to the public that you as the Employer or Recruiter would like to have.  Often times, there are variations to a job title that are not available within the selectable fields so we offer this field to name it as you would want it viewed.
  • When posting a job, why is there 3 selectable fields for the Position and 1 Field for Employer's Job Title?  DentReps search engine for Candidates is optimized for the most relevant search results.  By creating 3 selectable fields when posting a postion, it makes no only the Candidates' experience better through more refined results, it also betters the Employers & Recruiters experience because you are receiving more qualified candidates.  The field Employer's Job Title is simply the name or title viewable to the public that you as the Employer or Recruiter would like to have.
  • What is a screening question?  When posting a job, you have the option to request additional Q&A's, called screening questions, from the application to ensure qualification.  To elect screening questions, please see Questionnaires within your DR Dashboard. Name the questionnaire set for each candidate type or level with the appropriate response email, and then add the questions and answers with criteria levels.  
  • Receiving a No-Pass posting application? When using screening questions, you have the option to receive an applicant's resume even if they do not "pass" the screening questions you  sent.   
  • Send notification to both pass and No Pass candidates automatically?  When using screening questions, you have the option to send the application a response email advising whether or not they "passed" the screening questions based on the criteria you set. 
  • Should I enter a Zip Code for a job posting?  You do not have to, yet it is highly recomended.  Because Candidates have the option to search "Within X Miles" of a zip code or city, adding a zip code or at least a zip code in proximity to the location of the opportunity, will bring better, more refined results. 
  • What is "Job Reference" when posting a Job?  Job Reference allows organizations to provide a Position # (i.e. MA124-1) or Reference phrase (i.e. Memphis General Dentist) so you can track the position better.    
  • Is there a fee for CV / Resume Searches?  Yes, CV Resume and Profile Searches incur a cost for use.  You must register for this service.
  • Is Support available?  Yes.  As a Member posting jobs, you are allowed Support for no additional cost.  
  • May we request on-site training if we purchase multiple jobs?  Absolutely.  Please feel free to contact DentReps regarding this matter.
  • Are there discounts for a large quantity?  Please contact the DentReps Sales Team at info@dentreps.com to discuss further.  
  • My job has been filled and want to delete my the posting advertisment from DentReps.  Postings on DentReps cannot be deleted, however they can be expired which will remove them from public viewing.  DentReps doesn't allow deletion of the postings simply to maintain the statistics of job postings, applications and views.  

Candidates

  • What are Job Alerts?  DentReps automatically registers all of our Candidate Members for Job Alerts which will notfify you by email of job opportunities that match your criteria.  This field may be deselected to stop receiving Job Alerts. 
  • Why am I being asked to upload my resume prior to applying for a position outside of DentReps?  DentReps requires a resume to be uploaded prior to applying to any job either on or outside of the website (meaning another Employer's website).  If you already have a resume in your profile, you are not required to upload another resume.  This may seem like duplication, however it does allow DentReps Candidates the option to apply to positions for no cost.

  • Why is some of the content of my Career Search hidden?  DentReps allows registered and non-registered, logged and unlogged canididates to search for Jobs and ascertain results.  However, only registered and logged Candidates may view all of the content for a given Search or Job.   
  • Why does the site ask for a Zip Code when I register?  Entering a Zip Code will provide you a more refined search when searching within a specific radius of your Zip Code.  However, a Zip Code is not required.  
  • May we register for a free membership?  Yes, during the introductory phase as we build our membership base, all candidates may post jobs for a period of 12 months at no cost.  
  • May I search for career opportunities without a Membership?  Yes.  However, the content will be limited.
  • Does DentReps have multiple Membership Levels?  No.  DentReps has only one level of membership and you will only incur a cost after your Free introductory phase.  
  • Do I have to upload my resume to join as a Member?  No.  Uploading your Resume is optional except when applying for a job opportunity.  At that time, a CV or Resume is required.  
  • Can employers view my information?  Only if you allow it.  It is your discretion if you would like to keep your information confidential.
  • I am currently a student.  Why do I need to add a non-school email address?  Because your School email address is typically no longer valid after graduation.  Therefore, a personal email address is required to continue your membership with DentReps.

Schools

  • What other value might DentReps bring to the Schools?  Schools who create a parternship with DentReps, may post any and/or all of their internal positions within the Dental School for FREE.   
  • May school administrators and executives register for a Membership?  Yes.  You are encouraged to register so you too can see the value of DentReps. 
  • Can an Administrator upload the entire class list or individual students?  Yes.  DentReps can accept an import file to create profiles for current students.  Our Support Team here at DentReps may also assist in your efforts.
  • Is all of our student’s information confidential?  Yes.  All of your and your student’s information is confidential and secure.
