The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will assist with various Recruiting and Human Resource Department responsibilities and tasks. The selected individual will be responsible for various program administration in recruiting and human resources.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Human Resource teams to ensure non clinical hires are properly onboarded within the organization.
  • Manage new hire and onboarding documentation for all non-clinical staff team members through Company's onboarding portal. Manage pre-employment screenings such as drug testing, background check and conduct any necessary follow up.
  • Partner with Regional VP and AVP of HR and Recruiting to determine best offer for existing dentists during the dentists' renewal periods.
    • Manage entire renewal process to ensure all applicable deadlines are met.
    • Answer questions from the dentists regarding the agreements, compensation, and benefits.
    • As required, negotiate terms with the dentists to ensure dentist satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and distribute Dentist Employment and Independent Contractor Agreements, as well as Letter of Agreements, to new dentists joining Coast Dental and existing dentists renewing under revised terms.
    • Obtain counter signature on all renewal and addendum contracts, distribute to the doctors and HR for record keeping.
  • Manage all recruiting events by submitting registrations, schedule hotel accommodations, work with logistics on booth schedule, submit credit card authorizations, complete certificate of insurance, pack materials and keep up with deadlines.
  • Miscellaneous administrative duties such as administration of the Company's employee recognition program to include distribution of new invitation codes, uploading additional codes as needed and answering all inquiries regarding this program.
  • File all Company HR documentation.
  • Reconcile invoices for advertising for payment.
  • Act as back-up to distribute benefit information and enrollment forms to all new employees in advance of eligibility, as needed.
  • Assist AVP of HR and Recruiting on additional duties, as needed.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Must exercise diplomacy, discretion, sound judgment, and flexibility in varying situations, and must maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills required.
  • Ability to develop alternative solutions to problems; comparing and analyzing data; preparing clear, concise, thorough, meaningful, and grammatically correct written reports, letters, memoranda, and other documents.
  • Ability to independently plan, organize, prioritize, schedule, coordinate, and make decisions relating to assigned tasks and responsibilities.
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems software including, but not limited to Word and Excel. Experience with PowerPoint is helpful.
Qualifications: (Experience, Education, Licensure, Certifications)
  • At least two (2) years of recruiting and or human resources experience required.
  • PHR certification preferred.
