We are hiring a Recruiter for our corporate office located in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. The Recruiter we select will have 2 or more years' full life-style recruiting experience; applicant tracking experience; able to work on tight deadlines; self-driven; and experience recruiting with social media. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary, plus benefits!


  • Full life cycle recruiting including identifying, sourcing and screening potential candidates
  • Manage job advertisements, including postings on various job boards and company website
  • Reviewing and qualifying resumes for various positions
  • Track all potential candidates in the company's Applicant Tracking System
  • Scheduling candidate interviews with managers and various internal team leaders.
  • Updating recruiting and personnel files
  • Participate in career fairs, on-campus recruiting visits, on-site interview days, etc.
  • Assist in maintaining and growing company's presence on social media sites like Facebook, LinkedIn
  • Assist in candidate on-boarding process and documentation

Desired Skills:

  • 2 or more years of full cycle recruiting experience in a high growth, high volume, team-oriented environment
  • Experience working with social media for recruiting
  • Strong computer skills and experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (Preferably iCIMS) as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional communication skills; verbal and written
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, conscientious individual who is detailed and organized
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive under pressure; Commitment to results and solutions oriented
  • Outstanding skills in candidate pipeline generation
