We are looking for a Patient Coordinator with a strong customer service background for one of our offices focused on providing quality and convenience for our patients. Our Patient Coordinators:

  • Welcome and acknowledge all patients, anticipate and address patients' experience needs
  • Positively impact our patients lives
  • Build productive and smart schedules to benefit the practice and the patients
  • Meticulously verify patients schedules and insurance benefits
  • Balance multiple tasks in a productive manner
  • Go over treatment plans with patients
  • Proactively fill doctor and hygienist roles
  • Make sure waiting area and public areas are clean
  • Confirm appointments with patients via telephone
  • First to start relationship with patients which sets tone for the visit
  • Assist patients in financial arrangements
    • Work with patients balances and denials

  • Minimum of 2 years in a Dental, Medical, or Retail setting with strong emphasis in customer service is required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
