Overview
We are currently looking for a Dental Hygiene Assistant to work at our office located in Atlanta, Georgia (20 minutes NE of downtown Atlanta). This is a full-time position. The candidate we select must have an x-ray license for the state of Georgia and a minimum of 1 - 2 years' of Dental Assistant experience. Responsibilities
The Dental Hygiene Assistant provides not only advanced technical assistance, but also provides a reassuring and pleasing experience for the patient. Chair side assistance to the hygienist includes preparation of treatment rooms, instruments and tray setups for hygiene procedures, technical assistance during examinations and treatments, and other services requested by the hygienist. This position is responsible for a wide range of tasks in the dental office, ranging from patient care to administrative duties to laboratory functions. Proficiency and a positive attitude are cornerstones of this position.

Qualifications

  • Must have an x-ray license for the state of Georgia
  • Must have 1 - 2 years' experience working as a Dental or Hygiene Assistant
