GEDC hygienists do more than "just" clean teeth. They examine patients' hard and soft tissues, record the presence of diseases or abnormalities, and work with both the Doctor and patient to resolve any active disease - this is done by utilizing and employing current patient care practices, oral care products, and local antibiotics - all to help our patients maintain their oral health or manage periodontal disease.
