Talent Acquisition Sourcer
Are you seeking to join an in-house corporate sourcing team that is collaborative and fun? Do you thrive in a fast paced and ever changing environment? Responsibilities:

In this role, you will build talent pipelines by utilizing a diverse sourcing strategy to include: social media, job boards, data mining, job fairs, referrals, networking and research. In addition, you will:
- Support the recruitment process through diverse sourcing strategies; research alternative methods and make recommendations.
- Actively source candidates leveraging social media channels and creative sourcing techniques to attract talent and develop candidate engagement for current and future opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal marketing partners to align talent/ employment brand.
- Advertise open jobs utilizing social content, creative ad creation and maintenance.
- Social media / community engagement (Google, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Research social media recruitment ideas, make recommendations and manage any social media programs to ensure ROI.
- Responsible for reviewing resumes and initial screening interviews to present qualified candidates to hiring manager and/ or Recruiting Manager for review.
- Screen qualified candidates for difficult to fill roles in the field.
- Identify and utilize niche sites to find passive candidates.
- Partner with field and support partners on employment campaigns and creative special event recruiting to meet business needs in acquiring talent.
- Drive continuous process improvements in a demanding and rapidly changing business environment.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement to existing Recruiting processes, procedures and systems.
- Manage programs involving career events, conferences and community job fairs as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of related work experience with extensive knowledge of full-cycle Recruiting process and best practices.
- Experience recruiting, interviewing, screening, testing, sourcing and developing pipeline strategies in a human resources, staffing or related department.
- Proven success with sourcing candidates using a variety of methods (social recruiting, events, military, alumni databases, college partnerships, professional networks).
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities.
- Knowledge of affirmative action documentation, file maintenance, and applicable data reporting.
- Extensive knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and software applications.

Desired:

-Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience in Cornerstone ATS, Taleo, Salesforce or similar.
- Experience in a multi-regional healthcare, retail or Dental company.
- Experience recruiting from colleges and/or trade schools.
