Analyst, Healthcare Compliance and Ethics
The Analyst, Compliance & Ethics will assist in the management and promotion of the corporate compliance programs. The Analyst, Compliance & Ethics assists as a subject matter expert on all compliance related issues, maintains advanced level knowledge of current compliance laws, regulations and best practices and has the ability to conduct effective compliance related audits.


- Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Compliance in designing and executing internal, external, and provider audits.
- Conduct compliance and privacy investigations.
- Develop and track monitoring activities.
- Assign and track corrective action plans with management.
- Develop and conduct compliance and privacy trainings, in the absence of the Director of Compliance.
- Conduct FWA audits and investigations.
- Manage compliance projects.
- Other duties as assigned.


- Bachelor's degree or higher in related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years' experience in healthcare compliance, privacy.
- Experience in audit and assessment techniques preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of applicable rules and regulations.
- Ability to operate autonomously.


- Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC).
- Experience in health plan compliance.
- Project management experience.
